Top Sirloin Steak

Bear Creek Cattle Top Sirloin Steaks are cut 3/4 inch thick. Sirloins are packaged with large steak per package. The smaller size steaks have been trimmed, the larger size steaks are a whole sirloin steak cut. Naturally lean and flavorful, the Top Sirloin Steak is cut from the top portion of the muscle which is more tender. The lower portion of the muscle provides Sirloin tip roasts.
