New York Strip Steak


Bear Creek Cattle New York Strips are cut 3/4 inch thick and are packaged 2 steaks per package. The boneless New York strip is cut from the beef short loin. Leaving the New York strip muscle and tenderloin (filet) intact would provide T-bone and porterhouse steaks. That is, one can either have a T-bone or a New York strip cut but not both.
